Dama N.V. casinos: the brand family now trades as Novatrix SRL
✓ read at source The Dama N.V. casino family no longer trades under Dama N.V. On 2 August 2026 we opened PlayAmo, Oshi and King Billy and read the ownership line printed at the bottom of each one. All three now name Novatrix SRL, a Costa Rica company (registration 3-102-893958), operating on e-gaming licence No. 0000002 from the Tobique Gaming Commission — not the Curaçao licence Dama N.V. held. Any list that still calls these "Dama N.V. casinos" is describing last year.

What the brand sites say today
Read on 2 August 2026, on the live site, in the footer of the home page:
| Brand | Domain served | Company named | Licence named |
|---|---|---|---|
| PlayAmo | www.playamo.com | Novatrix SRL · CR 3-102-893958 | Tobique No. 0000002 |
| Oshi | www.oshi3.io (from oshi.io) | Novatrix SRL · CR 3-102-893958 | Tobique No. 0000002 |
| King Billy | www.kingbillycasino19.com (from kingbillycasino.com) | Novatrix SRL · CR 3-102-893958 | Tobique No. 0000002 |
| BitStarz | bitstarz.com | Gareton B.V. · Curaçao 160656 | OGL/2024/165/0185 |
| FastPay | did not resolve for us | not claimed — see below | — |
PlayAmo's exact wording: "playamo.com is owned and operated by Novatrix SRL that is incorporated under the laws of Costa Rica with company registration number 3-102-893958 … operating under E-gaming license No. 0000002 issued by Tobique Gaming Commission."
What the same pages said before
The Dama N.V. line was real — it was simply replaced. Archived copies of the same footers (Internet Archive, snapshot dates given):
| Brand | Archived Dama line | Company then | Licence then |
|---|---|---|---|
| PlayAmo | 5 December 2025 | Dama N.V. · Curaçao 152125 | OGL/2023/174/0082 |
| Oshi | 3 August 2025 | Dama N.V. · Curaçao 152125 | OGL/2023/174/0082 |
| King Billy | 13 June 2025 | Dama N.V. · Curaçao 152125 | OGL/2023/174/0082 |
All three carried the identical registered address — Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad, Curaçao — and the identical Curaçao Gaming Control Board licence number, which is what tied the family together in the first place. That shared string is now gone from all three.
When did Dama N.V. become Novatrix SRL?
We can bracket it, not pinpoint it: PlayAmo still printed Dama N.V. on 5 December 2025 and printed Novatrix SRL when we read it on 2 August 2026. So the swap on that brand happened inside that window. We have not seen a public announcement from either company, and we do not treat a footer change as proof of who owns the shares — only as proof of which company each brand names as its operator, on which date.
One thing the operators did not finish updating
PlayAmo's own FAQ still answers "Is it safe to gamble at PlayAmo?" with "PlayAmo is operated by Novatrix SRL, licensed and regulated under the laws of Curaçao" — while the footer on the same page says Costa Rica incorporation under a Tobique licence. The name was swapped in; the jurisdiction was not. It is a small thing, but it is exactly why we read footers and licence numbers rather than marketing copy: two sentences on one page currently disagree about which regulator stands behind the account you would open.
Why the regulator swap matters more than the name
Under Dama N.V. these brands sat with the Curaçao Gaming Control Board, which runs a public licence register and a published complaints route. Tobique Gaming Commission is a different body with a different process, and licence "No. 0000002" is not a Curaçao-style OGL number. If you already hold a balance at one of these casinos, the practical consequence is that the escalation path you would have used a year ago is not the one that applies now — read the current terms before you need them, not after. The BitStarz correction
BitStarz is still widely listed as a Dama brand. That is historical. The operating company printed in BitStarz's own terms is Gareton B.V. (Curaçao registration 160656) on licence OGL/2024/165/0185 — a third entity, separate from both Dama N.V. and Novatrix SRL. The reported lineage runs Direx N.V. → Dama N.V. → Gareton B.V., so "BitStarz is Dama" describes a past arrangement, not who runs the brand today.
Open item: FastPay
FastPay Casino is commonly listed in the same family. We could not reach fastpaycasino.com from our end on 2 August 2026, and the .casino domain we did reach was an affiliate page, not the operator. So we are not claiming a company for FastPay — not "Dama", not "Novatrix". It stays open until we read a live operator footer ourselves. Withholding is the point of this site: an unverified line is worth less than no line.
How we sourced this
Every ownership line above was read from the operator's own live page on 2 August 2026, or from a dated Internet Archive capture of that same page — not from a casino directory, and not from another affiliate. Directory listings are what created the stale "Dama N.V. casinos" lists in the first place; several still carry the 152125 registration number for brands that stopped printing it months ago. Company structures move, so every line here carries a date, and we re-read them. Our standards →
