Duel.com is not Duelbits
This is the single most useful thing to know, so we lead with it. Duel.com is a different operator from Duelbits. They share three letters and nothing that matters for provenance. Duelbits is run by Liquid Entertainment N.V., a Curaçao company. Duel.com is run by a separate entity in a separate jurisdiction, set out below. The two brands are routinely confused in forum threads and even in some review write-ups, and that mix-up carries reputation across from one to the other in both directions.
So if a claim about "Duel" cites a Curaçao registration or the Duelbits terms, it is almost certainly about Duelbits, not the operator on this page. Treat the two as unrelated until a primary source ties them together, because none does. Checking the entity name on the footer is the fastest way to tell which site you are actually looking at.
Who runs Duel
The operating entity on record is Immortal Snail LLC, registered in Nevis (company number L22982), registered address Arthur Evelyn Building, Suite 5, Main Street, Charlestown, Nevis. The gaming licence on record is issued under Anjouan, in the Comoros, with the reference ALSI-202411026-FI1. We read all of this directly off Duel.com's own footer on 3 August 2026 — the footer is client-rendered, so an earlier check of ours could only corroborate it through secondary sources; that limitation is now resolved. Anjouan runs a public register, so the licence number can in principle be looked up rather than taken on trust, though it requires an interactive per-entry search we could not fetch programmatically. You can confirm a current Anjouan licence on the regulator's own public register. One reported link is still verifying
Some coverage links Duel to the team behind CSGOEmpire. We have seen this reported in the press, but it is not confirmed in any registry we can read, so we do not state it as fact. We flag it as unconfirmed and will publish it with a source only if a primary record supports it.
What we checked
Our finding rests on three checks, the same ones we run on every operator. None of them depends on the company's own marketing.
- Footer entity. Which company the site names as the operator, in the footer and the Terms, and whether that name is consistent across both.
- Licence on the register. The licence reference checked against the regulator's public register, rather than a badge image that could be borrowed or expired.
