Santeda International B.V. casinos: MyStake, Velobet and Goldenbet
partly verifying Santeda International B.V. (Curaçao registration 151296) is the Curaçao licence holder behind a family of casino and betting brands led by MyStake. Three of those brands are named in Guardian reporting; the rest of the list is directory-sourced. We keep the two tiers apart, because the evidence behind them is not equal.
The brands listed under Santeda International B.V.
- MyStake, Velobet, Goldenbet — The Guardian reported that Santeda International B.V. held the Curaçao licence for these sites. That is independent reporting, not a directory entry.
- Rolletto, Cosmobet — listed alongside MyStake as sister brands in public gambling directories (chiefly AskGamblers' group listings). Directory-sourced only; we have not matched these two on a register ourselves.
These Santeda International B.V. brands tend to share the tell-tale signs of one backend: closely matching terms, a common cashier and similar promotion mechanics. That is consistent with a single operator running several skins — the ordinary white-label pattern, not in itself a problem. Here's how you'd confirm a shared backend yourself.
What national reporting found: no UK licence, no trace of the CEO
Most pages about this company simply list brands. The more useful material sits in journalism and corporate filings, so here is what has actually been reported — each claim attributed, so you can go and read the original rather than take our word for it.
- No UK licence. The Guardian reported that the Santeda operation does not hold a licence from the Gambling Commission — a legal requirement for serving customers in Great Britain. If you are in the UK, that is the single most consequential fact on this page: these are not GB-licensed sites, and the consumer protections that come with a GB licence do not apply.
- A corporate trail beyond Curaçao. The same reporting traced a digital and corporate trail from Santeda to a Swiss-based software business, Upgaming AG, and to a group of Georgian businessmen. Shortly after being contacted by the paper, Upgaming said it had severed all ties with Santeda.
- A public face that filings do not support. The person presented as MyStake's chief executive, "Andres Markou", appears on no corporate filings linked to Santeda, and the paper found no other record of him existing. Promotional images showing him with the footballer Ronaldinho appear to be AI-generated; a source close to Ronaldinho said the meeting never happened.

"Santeda International Limited" or "Santeda International B.V."?
People search both names, and they are not interchangeable — but they are not unrelated either. The entity named in the gambling context is Santeda International B.V., a Curaçao company, registration 151296. That is the licence holder the brands point back to.
Santeda International Limited is a different company, registered in Cyprus. We looked it up ourselves rather than repeat a directory: on the Cyprus registrar's public search it carries registration number HE 406761, an incorporation date of 5 February 2020, a registered office in Limassol and status Active.
The link between the two is not ours to guess at, because it has already been reported: The Guardian describes the Cyprus company as Santeda's payments division, and states that its original name was Onyxion. So the practical split is that the B.V. holds the gambling licence and the Cyprus Ltd sat on the payments side. What we have not seen is a filing that sets out the ownership relationship between them in black and white, so we go exactly as far as the reporting does and no further.
Cyprus figures read by us on the Department of Registrar of Companies public search (entry HE 406761), 2 August 2026. Registers change; re-check the number rather than trust our snapshot.
How we sourced this — and what stays unconfirmed
The MyStake/Velobet/Goldenbet tier rests on Guardian reporting; the rest is a directory-sourced map, not a register read we've made line by line. So the group stays marked "verifying" until each brand's footer entity is confirmed. Two specific notes:
- A reported shift of some footers toward a different operating company (GTW B.V.) is unconfirmed — we don't state it as fact.
- Santeda is not the same group as Cbet (a separate operator, AK Global N.V.) — a mix-up worth avoiding.
None of the above is a judgement on any brand. It is a record of which names share an operator, so you can treat them as one decision rather than five.
